Delicious & Simple Pumpkin Bread Recipe

Looking for something easy and delicious to take to your Thanksgiving gathering?  This Pumpkin Bread recipe is perfect for you!  

 2 c. Pumpkin
3 c. Sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2/3 c. water
4 eggs, beaten
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp cinnamon
1 c. nuts, choppped (optional)

 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Mix all ingredients together until smooth.  Bake in greased and floured loaf pans (2) for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
