It's almost Halloween weekend, which means that kids will be getting their costumes ready for a night of trick or treating. However, you should also consider decorating your car! Trunk or treating is a great alternative to trick or treating, especially at the Lake of the Ozarks. Many of the neighborhoods in the Lake area are dark and on curvy roads, which makes it dangerous for your little ghouls once it gets dark. Decorate Your Car

Turn your vehicle into a scary monster! Either place the teeth on the front of the car to create a face, or place the teeth on the top of the lid to transform your trunk into the mouth of a scary monster. If you are feeling creative you can include a tongue made of red fabric. 

Spider Webs
We are used to seeing webs on bushes and trees around this time of year, so why not include your car? Decorate your vehicle with spider webs complete with fake spiders and you will fit right into any trunk-or-treat event. 

Lashes
Not all trunk or treat cars have to be scary. Car lashes can make your car come alive - not like a zombie, though. These lashes can complete any theme you have in mind. 

Car Decals
Car decals are a great way to decorate your car without damaging the paint. These decals can come in a variety of different spooky themes. They are easy to attach and won't damage the paint when it's time to take them off. Car decals can either be vinyl or magnetic. 

Hopefully, these tips will get your creatvity sparking on how you can get your car ready! Trunk or Treats are a great way to get the community together and create a safer environment for kids to trick or treat. If you plan on decorating your car for Halloween, we want to remind you to exercise caution when attaching items to your car, especially if you are decorating before arriving at the venue.
