7 Tips to Prepare Your Ride for Winter

1. Replace Wiper Blades

Your windshield wiper blades are imperative for cleaning your windshield this winter. As the road grime gets kicked up on your windshield, it's important to be able to clean it off efficiently. This can not only help you see better, but it creates safer driving conditions for all.

2. Check Brakes

It's a good idea to have your brakes checked. If your brakes are wearing down, it's best to replace them soon. Ensure your brake pads are in good condition to stop quicker, if needed. You don't want to find out your brakes aren't working well when you need them most!

3. Look Over Tires

Take a look at your tires and ensure the tread is deep enough. It's best to have over 4/32 of an inch tread on your tires, especially when going into the winter season. Damp and even slick roads can be a nightmare to navigate if your tires don't have a good grip on the pavement.
