33rd Annual Laker Invitational Golf Classic

Don’t miss the 33rd Annual Laker Invitational Golf Classic this Labor Day! Golfers will gather at 11:30 am on Monday, September 2nd at The Oaks Golf Course in Osage Beach. This event is sponsored by the Laker Athletic Boosters, Inc. to benefit the Camden R-3 athletic programs. In this week’s blog, Hulett Chevrolet Buick GMC will tell you all about the tournament and how you can become a sponsor.

About the Laker Invitational 

The Laker Invitational is a golf tournament at the Lake of the Ozarks with all net proceeds going to Laker Athletic Boosters, Inc., a tax-exempt, non-profit organization. The Boosters support every Camdenton R-3 School District student-athlete by providing necessary needs such as equipment, facilities, special programs, and improvements. From 1987 through 2018, contribution totals have exceeded $925,000!

Golfer Information

The event will take place on Monday, September 2nd. Lunch and registration will begin at 11:30 am. Tee-off will be at 1:00 pm. The player entry fee is $125 per person, and it includes a round of golf, golf cart, tee gifts, and lunch.

The event format is a Las Vegas Scramble. Each 4-person team will consist of two 2-person scramble teams with the best scramble score on each hole used. You may enter your own 4-person team, or the committee will pair you. The final scores will be flighted, and prizes awarded in each flight.
The Hole-in-One prize will be a New 2019 Chevrolet provided by Hulett Chevrolet Buick GMC in Camdenton, MO.


Sponsor Information 

We are looking for sponsors to support this annual event! There are two different sponsor levels.

A Purple Club Sponsor requires a minimum donation of $125. This sponsorship level includes lunch, an individual season pass for Laker Athletic events, name prominently displayed on the Sponsor Board and special pricing on reserved seating for football season. Your name will also be listed in the Laker Sports Guide all year.

A Gold Club Sponsor requires a minimum donation of $275. This sponsorship level includes a round of golf, golf cart, tee gifts, lunch, family season pass to Laker Athletic events, name prominently displayed on the Sponsor Board and special pricing on reserved seating for football season. Your name will also be listed in the Laker Sports Guide all year.
