National Stop on Red Week
August 5-11, 2018 is National Stop on Red Week! Organized by the National Coalition for Safer Roads (NCSR), this campaign is meant to raise awareness about the dangers of red-light running. Red-Light Running Stats According to data from the NHTSA, 37,461 lives were lost on U.S. roads in 2016. That's up 5.6% compared to 2015. Between 2004 and 2016, an estimated 10,111 people were killed in crashes related to red-light running.
