Here are 8 frugal tips to keep you on the road this winter. Keep your headlights clear with car wax. Wipe car wax on your headlights every 6 weeks to prevent road spray from accumulating on your lights.   Get rid of the Squeak and Streak with rubbing alcohol.  Wipe your wipers with a cloth saturated with rubbing alcohol.
