This week, we're introducing the first installment in our newest series of blogs... Questions and answers with the staff of Hulett Chevrolet Buick GMC in Camdenton! This week's featured team member: Jason Hulett!
Who is your family?
I've been married to my wife, Holly, for 16 years. Together we have three daughters: Mya (10), Lily (7), and Ella (4).
Why are you in the car business?
I am in the car business because I love it. I love dealing with people every day. It is very challenging and rewarding, and I am grateful to my father, Ron, who taught me everything I know about this business.
What type of music do you like?
I listen to country music... channel 59, "The Highway," is always on the dial and Zach Brown is always in the CD player. My 4-year-old, Ella, always requests Zach Brown when she's riding along...
What do you enjoy the most about running the dealership?
I enjoy the people and the interactions with the public.
What are your hobbies?
Who is your favorite NASCAR driver?
I have to say Clint Bowyer because he has a house here and we have mutual friends, so I try to follow what he does every weekend.
Where did you go to school?
I graduated Camdenton High School and then attended and graduated Truman State University with a major in marketing and a minor in Spanish.
What is the key to your success?
I feel it's important to stay humble, hungry, and upbeat. I only treat people the way I would want to be treated. I feel that I am very fair with customers and employees, and I want people to come back to the dealership for everything they need. I feel that if I do these things, I will be successful.

I like to boat with my family in the summer. I enjoy relaxing by the pool. I used to get to quail and pheasant hunt, but three girls keep me VERY busy these days!
