Fill The Truck Charity Event

Christmas is a time for giving, a time for celebrating all that is good in one another and in our community. This year, Hulett Chevrolet-Buick-GMC has teamed up with Lake of the Ozarks radio station 101.9 The Wave once again for our annual "Fill The Truck" holiday philanthropy event to help provide food to those in need - but we need your help!


Fill The Truck

Every year, we host a promotion throughout November and December to collect food for the local food pantries. We're excited to announce that this year's event has been going very well so far. We have just over ten days left, and we need your help to make the most of those days! 

To donate, please bring non-perishable food items (canned vegetables, beans, fruits, etc) to help us "fill the truck." We have a truck accepting donations every day at our dealership in Camdenton, Missouri. We will gratefully accept donations through December 15th. Before we wrap up this year's promotion, we will also have trucks available in two other locations:
  • Wood's Supermarket in Sunrise Beach
    • Saturday, December 6th from 1:00-3:00 PM
  • Save-A-Lot in Camdenton
    • Saturday, December 13th from 1:00-3:00 PM
As co-hosts of this holiday promotion, 101.9 The Wave will be broadcasting live from these locations on both Saturdays. 

Share The Harvest Food Pantry

This year, the food we raise during our Fill The Truck promotion will be donated to the local Share The Harvest Food Pantry in Greenview, Missouri. As a non-profit organization, Share The Harvest survives off of the money raised from their thrift store, donations from the Lake of the Ozarks community, and USDA commodities.

Each month, Share The Harvest currently serves:
  • Over 1,000 families
  • Over 3,000 people

 As your top Lake of the Ozarks Dealership, we are proud to help raise money for such a wonderful organization. No one should have to go hungry over the holidays! All of us at Hulett, along with everyone at 101.9 The Wave, greatly appreciate your donations.
