Hulett Chevrolet Buick GMC Appointed By AAA As An Official Auto Repair Facility (AAR)
AAA has appointed Hulett Chevrolet-Buick-GMC, Inc. in Camdenton MO as an Approved Auto Repair facility. AAA's designation of Hulett Chevrolet-Buick-GMC as an Approved Auto Repair facility follows the completion of a rigorous inspection into the shop's practices, competence, and customer service.
To qualify for AAA Approved Auto Repair status, repair facilities receive an on-site inspection by AAA Representatives, during which the quality control, customer service, types of vehicles served, repair order system, equipment, staff qualifications, and insurance coverage areas are examined.
Achieving AAA's Approved Auto Repair status means that this facility has technicians that the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) or vehicle manufacturers have certified for each service area offered and have in place a formal training program to ensure that their technicians remain up-to-date.
AAA also conducts a survey of customers who have previously used the facility to determine customer satisfaction. The garage's record with the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Protection Agency are checked, as is its financial strength.
AAA's Approved Auto Repair program enables motorists to identify quality automotive repair facilities, and provides AAA members with guaranteed repairs.
AAA members are provided with the protection of dispute resolution where AAA will investigate any dispute arising between an AAA member and an Approved Auto Repair facility.
By contract, the facility is bound to accept AAA's decision regarding a dispute. Also, upon request, AAA members can receive a free maintenance inspection when the facility is servicing their vehicle.
Approved Auto Repair facilities offer a 12-month or 12,000 mile warranty. Upon request, all replaced parts will be returned, unless required under a warranty or exchange program to be returned to the manufacturer. A written cost estimate is provided, and the actual cost may not exceed the estimate by more than 10% without prior authorization from the customer.
All motorists can benefit from AAA's program, as it provides a means for everyone to identify a place where quality repairs are offered.
AAA Approved Auto Repair shops provide service in engine performance, minor engine repair, brakes, electrical systems, heating, and A/C cooling systems.
Hulett Chevrolet-Buick-GMC also participates in AAA's "Discount and Rewards" program, providing AAA members with a 10% off parts and labor ($50 maximum).
